Welcome to the Contentty platform. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or services. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions
“Platform” or “we”: refers to “Contenty” and its operator [insert your company name here].

“User” or “you”: any individual or entity that creates an account or uses our services.

“Service”: AI-powered content generation tools (text, images, code, chat, etc.) available through our website.

“Generated Content”: AI-generated output based on user input.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

In the case of Agency Plans, the primary account holder is responsible for all activities conducted through their sub-accounts. 3. Usage License and Intellectual Property
Platform Rights: All intellectual property rights pertaining to the software, source code, design, and logo are reserved by "Continity." You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the service without written permission.

Rights of Generated Content:

You own full commercial rights to the content you generate using the platform (text, images, etc.) after payment of the subscription fee.

We do not claim ownership of your input or output.

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, the system may generate content similar to that of other users. We do not guarantee 100% exclusivity of the generated content (e.g., public images).

4. Acceptable Use Policy
The use of "Continity" for the following purposes is prohibited, and the administration reserves the right to immediately ban the account without refund in case of violation:

Generating content that incites hatred, violence, discrimination, or child exploitation.

Generating fake news or misleading content for political purposes.

Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's source code.

Using the platform to send spam messages via WhatsApp or email.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Fees: Services are paid for in advance (monthly or annually) or via a prepaid token system.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital products (SaaS) and API costs, we do not offer refunds after credits have been used or after 3 days from the subscription date.

In the event of a technical error on our part that prevents you from using the service, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days.

6. Disclaimer
Accuracy of Information: Our services rely on artificial intelligence models (such as GPT-4). These models may be prone to error ("AI hallucinations"). Content does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or timeliness of the information generated. You should review any medical, legal, or financial information before using it.

Service Breakdown: We strive to ensure 99.9% platform uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to force majeure or maintenance.

7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Saudi Arabia/or your country], and the courts of [your city/city] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

مرحباً بكم في منصة كونتينتي (Contenty). يرجى قراءة شروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط") بعناية قبل استخدام موقعنا الإلكتروني أو خدماتنا. من خلال التسجيل أو استخدام المنصة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

1. التعريفات

  • "المنصة" أو "نحن": تشير إلى "كونتينتي" (Contenty) والشركة المشغلة لها [أدخل اسم شركتك هنا].

  • "المستخدم" أو "أنت": أي فرد أو كيان يقوم بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام خدماتنا.

  • "الخدمة": أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوليد المحتوى (نصوص، صور، أكواد، دردشة، إلخ) المتاحة عبر موقعنا.

  • "المحتوى المولد": المخرجات التي ينتجها الذكاء الاصطناعي بناءً على مدخلات المستخدم.

2. الأهلية والتسجيل

  • يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل لاستخدام الخدمة.

  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وكلمة المرور.

  • في حالة "حسابات الوكالات" (Agency Plans)، يكون صاحب الحساب الرئيسي مسؤولاً عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر الحسابات الفرعية التابعة له.

3. ترخيص الاستخدام والملكية الفكرية

  • حقوق المنصة: جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة بالبرمجيات، الكود المصدري، التصميم، والشعار محفوظة لـ "كونتينتي". لا يجوز لك نسخ أو إعادة بيع أو استغلال جزء من الخدمة دون إذن كتابي.

  • حقوق المحتوى المولد:

    • أنت تمتلك الحقوق التجارية الكاملة للمحتوى الذي تقوم بتوليده باستخدام المنصة (النصوص، الصور، إلخ) بعد سداد رسوم الاشتراك.

    • نحن لا نطالب بملكية مدخلاتك أو مخرجاتك.

    • تنويه: نظراً لطبيعة الذكاء الاصطناعي، قد ينتج النظام محتوى مشابهاً لمستخدمين آخرين. نحن لا نضمن "حصرية" المحتوى المولد بنسبة 100% (مثلاً الصور العامة).

4. سياسة الاستخدام المقبول

يمنع استخدام "كونتينتي" في الأغراض التالية، وتحتفظ الإدارة بحق حظر الحساب فوراً دون استرداد الأموال في حال المخالفة:

  1. توليد محتوى يحض على الكراهية، العنف، التمييز، أو استغلال الأطفال.

  2. توليد أخبار زائفة (Fake News) أو محتوى مضلل لأغراض سياسية.

  3. محاولة الهندسة العكسية للكود البرمجي للمنصة.

  4. استخدام المنصة لإرسال رسائل عشوائية (Spam) عبر أدوات الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.

5. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

  • الرسوم: يتم دفع الخدمات مقدماً (شهرياً أو سنوياً) أو عبر نظام "الدفع المسبق" (Prepaid Tokens).

  • التجديد التلقائي: يتم تجديد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل تاريخ التجديد بـ 24 ساعة.

  • سياسة الاسترداد (Refund Policy):

    • نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية (SaaS) والتكاليف التشغيلية (API Costs)، فإننا لا نقدم استرداداً للأموال بعد استخدام الرصيد (Credits) أو مرور 3 أيام من الاشتراك.

    • في حالة وجود خطأ تقني من جانبنا منعك من استخدام الخدمة، يحق لك استرداد المبلغ خلال 14 يوماً.

6. إخلاء المسؤولية (Disclaimer)

  • دقة المعلومات: تعتمد خدماتنا على نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي (مثل GPT-4). هذه النماذج قد تخطئ ("هلوسة الذكاء الاصطناعي"). "كونتينتي" لا تضمن دقة، صحة، أو حداثة المعلومات المولدة. يجب عليك مراجعة أي معلومات طبية، قانونية، أو مالية قبل استخدامها.

  • توقف الخدمة: نسعى لضمان عمل المنصة بنسبة 99.9%، لكننا لا نضمن عدم انقطاع الخدمة لأسباب قاهرة أو صيانة.

7. القانون واجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين [المملكة العربية السعودية / أو دولتك]، وتختص محاكم [مدينتك] بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط.
